摘  要:根据贵南高铁广西段线路安全隐患与防控需求,研发车路协同报警系统。该系统是集成多种技术的智能安防系统,由机车综合无线通信设备、车路协同报警地面设备、车路协同报警平台和GSM-R网络4部分组成。介绍系统的主要功能,并重点阐述报警平台算法中心服务、报警平台图片处理、机车位置信息实时获取等关键技术。该系统可有效提升高速铁路的安全性能和运行效率,推动铁路运输的智能化发展。In response to the prevention and control requirements for potential safety hazards of Guangxi Section of the Guiyang-Nanning HSR,a vehicle-infrastructure cooperative alarm system is developed.The system is an intelligent security system integrating various technologies,which consists of 4 parts:Cab Integrated Radio(CIR),vehicle-infrastructure cooperative alarm wayside equipment,vehicle-infrastructure cooperative alarm platform and GSM-R network.This paper introduces the main functions of the system,focusing on the key technologies such as the algorithm center service of the alarm platform,the image processing of the alarm platform and the real-time acquisition of locomotive position information.The system can effectively improve the safety performance and operation efficiency of high speed railway,which expedites the intelligent development of railway transport.
