MoS_(2)/nylon composite nanofiltration membranes were prepared via vacuum-assisted self-assembly(VASA)method with nylon microporous membrane as the carrier, and the effects of Pb^(2+)removal from the aqueous solution by the as-prepared composite membranes were investigated by means of XRD,SEM,EDS and XPS.The results show that wet MoS_(2)/nylon nanofiltration membranes have higher water flux and better Pb^(2+)removal performance than that of dry membranes. When the MoS_(2)nanosheet loading is 64 mg and the concentration of Pb^(2+)is less than 5 mg/L,the removal rate of Pb^(2+)by wet membranes can reach 99.8%,and the flux is stable at about 230 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1).During Pb^(2+)removal,Pb^(2+)undergoes ion exchange reaction with H+on the surface of the MoS_(2)nanosheet,and at the same time forms a Pb—S bond with the S atom in the nanosheet. After 5 cycles of regeneration,MoS_(2)composite nanofiltration membranes still have strong adsorption capacity for Pb^(2+)and show good regeneration performance.
