摘  要:为满足国外开关柜市场需求,对开关柜进行再设计,使其满足IEC标准的同时,维持原开关柜尺寸。对12 kV开关柜进行改造,通过加入热缩套管等复合绝缘、加绝缘板、采用金属活门硫化喷涂等方式减小相间距,并采用对金属活门进行硫化的方式提高绝缘性能,在结构改进上充分考虑强度的因素,使开关柜燃弧试验满足要求。采用雷电冲击试验进行验证,根据试验结果,对开关柜进行结构和元件进行再次改进,使所设计的开关柜性能得到进一步提升,保证开关柜安全稳定运行。To meet the demand of the foreign switchgear market,the switchgear has been redesigned to meet the IEC standards while maintaining the original switchgear size.The 12 kV switchgear is modified to reduce the phase spacing by adding composite insulation such as heat-shrinkable sleeves,adding insulating boards,and adopting vulcanisation spraying of metal valves,and adopting vulcanisation method of metal valves to improve insulating performance.Strength factors have been fully considered in the structural improvement to meet the requirements of the switchgear arc test.Using the lightning impulse tests for verification,based on the test results,the structure and components of the designed switchgear are further improved to further enhance the performance and ensure its safe and stable operation.
