摘 要:对于高水头水泵水轮机,止漏环间隙设计成为影响其转动部件稳定运行和机组效率的重要因素之一,因此止漏环间隙影响因素分析具有重要的工程意义。对水泵水轮机止漏环间隙的设计,从轴承支承刚度、轴系挠度、综合形变、温度影响以及制造安装公差等因素进行分析,建立有限元计算模型,研究轴系载荷分布,分析轴系各部件在不同工况下的变形,在满足机组安全稳定运行的前提下,尽量选取小的止漏环间隙设计值。For high head pump-turbine,the design of the sealing ring gap has become one of the important factors affecting the stable operation of its rotating components and the efficiency of the unit.Therefore,the analysis of influencing factors of sealing ring gap presents important engineering significance.The design of the sealing ring gap for pump-turbine is analyzed by considering the factors such as bearing support stiffness,shaft deflection,comprehensive deformation,temperature influence,and manufacturing and installation tolerance.A finite element calculation model is established to study the load distribution of the shaft system and analyze the deformation of various components of the shaft system under different working conditions,which helps to select a smaller design value for the sealing ring gap as much as possible,on the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit.
