摘 要:目的在X线子宫输卵管造影(hysterosalpingography,HSG)过程中,利用造影剂注射装置监测子宫腔压力改变,分析其与子宫充盈及输卵管通畅情况相关性。方法收集黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院2020年4月~2021年4月进行输卵管检查90例患者,按其通畅程度分为双侧通畅组及单、双侧阻塞组,分别记录子宫腔充盈时各组压力值、输卵管显影时各组压力值、造影剂盆腔涂抹时各组压力值及压力达到平衡时各组压力值,比较组间压力的差异。结果双侧通畅组、单侧阻塞组输卵管显影时,压力值分别为(18.67±4.67)kPa及(25.69±5.59)kPa;盆腔涂抹时压力值分别为(25.23±8.29)kPa及(30.23±4.98)kPa;平衡期压力值分别为(21.08±7.22)kPa及(25.71±3.69)kPa,两两比较均P=0.00,差异有统计学意义;子宫腔压力与输卵管的通畅度呈负相关。结论造影剂注射装置为子宫腔压力的监测提供了一个很好的客观参考指标以判断输卵管的通畅性,其中子宫腔充盈后期压力的升高更为敏感。Objective To monitor the change of uterine cavity pressure by the contrast agent injection device in the course of X⁃ray hysterosalpingography(HSG)and analyze its correlation with uterine filling and tubal patency.Methods According to the patency degree,90 patients with tubal examination in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Tradition⁃al Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into bilateral patency group,unilateral obstruction group and bilateral obstruction group.The pressure values of each group during uterine cavity filling,during fallopian tube development,during pelvic application of contrast agent and when the pessure reaches equilibrium were recorded and compared.Results The pressure values of falbpian tube development in bilateral patency group and unilateral obstruction group were(18.67±4.67)kPa and(25.69±5.59)kPa,respectively;The pres⁃sure values during pelvic application were(25.23±8.29)kPa and(30.23±4.98)kPa,re⁃spectively;The pressure values during equilibrium period were(21.08±7.22)kPa and(25.71±3.69)kPa,respectively,P=0.00,the difference was statistically significant;The uterine cavity pressure was negatively correlated with the tubal patency.Conclusion The con⁃trast agent injection device provides a good objective reference index for the monitoring of uter⁃ine cavity pressure to judge the tubal patency,and the increase of pressure in the later stage of uterine cavity filling is more sensitive.
