摘 要:以泉州市纺织、制革、建材特色产业多源固废为研究对象,通过对集聚区纺织、制革、建材特色产业固废的种类、数量、综合利用现状及途径进行研究,量化福建省集聚区内三大行业固废综合利用率,通过神经网络模拟预测集聚区固废综合利用率,将东南轻工建材产业集聚区打造为解决国内同类问题的样板,为全国提供可复制、可推广的经验模式.研究显示,通过固废的梯次利用、有价提取、耦合利用构建闭合产业链,三大产业固废综合利用率提升20%左右,推动集聚区内固废综合利用率达到80%以上.This article takes the multi-source solid waste of the textile,tannery,and building materials characteristic industries in Quanzhou as the research object.This research involves the types,quantities,comprehensive utilization status,and pathways of solid waste from the textile,tannery,and building materials characteristic industries in the agglomeration area.It quantifies the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in the three major industries in the cluster area in Fujian and predicts the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in the agglomeration area through neural network simulation.This will establish the Southeast Light Industry and Building Materials Industry Cluster as a model for solving similar problems in China,providing replicable and scalable experiential models for the whole country.Research shows that by constructing a closed industrial chain through the cascade utilization,valuable extraction,and coupling utilization of solid waste in the agglomeration area,the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in the three major industries has increased by about 20%,and the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste in the agglomeration area has been promoted to 80%.
