摘 要:废旧纺织品来源多样、性状品质差异大、含有难分离的染料和混杂分子,回收利用率低且多降级利用.为提高废旧纺织品的循环利用率,开发了废旧聚酯纺织品原位增黏-熔融纺丝技术制备纤维源再生聚酯颗粒和再生纤维.结果表明,经过原位反应获得的纤维源聚酯再生颗粒替代聚酯瓶片,质量分数在30%以下时,对共混样品复数黏度影响不大.基于此,设计了工艺路线实现了30%纤维源聚酯再生颗粒替代回收瓶片生产再生涤纶低弹丝,性能满足国家标准.提供了从纤维到纤维的高值利用途径,为构建废旧纺织品循环体系提供支撑.Waste textiles originate from diverse sources with significant differences in properties and quality,and contain dyes and mixed molecules which are difficult to separate,resulting in low recycling ratios and downgraded recycling.To enhance the circular utilization of waste textiles,we have developed an in-situ tackifying and melt spinning technology to produce fiber-derived recycled polyester pellets and recycled polyester fibers from waste polyester textiles.Our findings demonstrate that when less than 30%of the original polyester bottles is replaced by fiber-derived recycled polyester pellets,the complex viscosity of the blended sample remains largely unchanged.Consequently,we have successfully produced low elasticity recycled yarn by replacing 30%recycled polyester bottle flakes with fiber-derived recycled polyester pellets,and the properties of the yarn meet national standards.This research provides a high-value utilization pathway from fiber to fiber,supporting the establishment of an efficient waste textile recycling system.
