摘  要:高效利用石材加工废料和轻纺产业固废是实现轻工建材行业固废资源化的重要途径.对石材加工废料及轻纺产业产生的纤维废料的利用进行了简要分析,结合企业的相关生产实例介绍了石材和纤维废料高效耦合的技术方案.提出了天然石材加工废料耦合纤维废料制备有机人造石的新途径:用8%纤维源不饱和树脂耦合30%石材加工废料制备的再生人造石,其抗压强度达到135.8 MPa,弯曲强度28.0 MPa,高于人造岗石国标技术要求的力学标准.实践生产中利用石材加工废颗粒料与废粉料部分替代骨料和粉料,以废弃纤维作为增强材料替代玻纤制备无机建材,成本下降11%以上.Efficient utilization of stone processing waste and textile solid waste is an important way to achieve resource recovery in the light industry building materials sector.This paper briefly analyzes the utilization of stone processing waste and textile waste,and introduces the technical approach for the efficient coupling of stone and textile waste through relevant production examples from companies.A new way is proposed for producing organic artificial stone by coupling natural stone processing waste with fiber waste.Through coupling 30%of stone processing waste with 8%fiber source unsaturated resin,recycled artificial stone is prepared with a comprehensive strength reaching 135.8 MPa and a bending strength of 28.0 MPa.These values exceed the mechanical standard required by national standard for artificial stone.In practical production,stone processing particle waste and powder waste are partially used to replace aggregates and powders,while fiber waste is used as reinforcement material instead of glass fiber to produce inorganic building materials.This approach reduces the cost of inorganic building materials by more than 11%.
