摘  要:以福建省为例,立足县域主体功能区定位与社会经济发展特征,构建差异化指标体系,运用含有非期望产出的超效率SBM(slack based measure-undesirable,SBM)模型与Meta-frontier模型测算各县级单元2000—2017年期间碳排放效率,并基于探索性时空数据分析框架揭示不同主体功能类型区的碳排放时空演变格局,结果显示:(1)不同指标体系影响碳排放效率测度的客观性与有效性,有必要根据功能区特点差异化分配指标;(2)2012年后全省碳排放效率有所回升,其中,以开发功能为主地区的碳排放效率明显高于以保护功能为主地区;(3)相对于保护功能为主地区,开发功能为主地区碳排放效率局部空间更趋于稳定,受其邻域的影响程度更小,更倾向于高水平集聚;(4)碳排放效率正向协同增长的县级行政单元与碳排放效率高值地区、空间结构稳定地区基本吻合,且具有较强的空间集聚性,主要集中在中部、西部保护功能为主地区及沿海开发功能为主地区.Using Fujian Province as a case study,based on the positioning of major functional zones and the characteristics of social and economic development,this research constructs a differentiated index system,uses the Super SBM model and Meta-frontier model with undesirable outputs to assess the carbon emission efficiency of each county-level unit during 2000—2017,and reveals the spatial and temporal evolution pattern of carbon emissions across different major functional zones using the ESTDA framework.The results show that:(1)Different index systems affect the objectivity and effectiveness of carbon emission efficiency measurement,necessitating tailored index allocation based on the characteristics of functional zones;(2)After 2012,the province witnessed a rebound in carbon emission efficiency,particularly evident in development-oriented zones,which exhibited significantly higher efficiency compared with protection-oriented zones;(3)In contrast to protection-oriented zones,development-oriented zones display locally stable carbon emission efficiency with minimal influence from neighboring areas,showcasing a propensity for high-level agglomeration;(4)The county-level administrative units with positive coordinated growth in carbon emission efficiency generally align with areas of high carbon emission efficiency and a stable spatial structure,mainly concentrated in central and western protection-oriented zones and coastal development-oriented zones.
