摘  要:蓝藻水华及其释放的藻毒素危害水生态与饮用水安全,其中,微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)是污染最普遍、危害最严重的一类蓝藻毒素.阐述了天然水体中MC-LR的直接光解与光敏化降解过程机制;解析了光化学氧化(包括紫外光、太阳光、溶解性有机质光敏化)对水中MC-LR的降解动力学与机理,并分析了水环境基质背景对MC-LR光化学降解的影响,进而评价MC-LR的降解途径与产物毒性.最后提出光化学氧化降解MC-LR在富营养化实际水体应用中需要深入研究的发展方向,为蓝藻水华污染防控与修复提供科学依据.Microcystin-LR(MC-LR),the most hazardous and prevalent cyanotoxin,is produced by cyanobacteria blooms,which pose a serious threat to the safety of aquatic ecosystems and drinking water sources.This study elucidates the direct photolysis and photosensitized degradation mechanisms of MC-LR in natural water,and comprehensively analyzes the degradation kinetics and mechanisms of MC-LR in water using photochemical oxidation processes(including ultraviolet light,solar light,and dissolved organic matter photosensitized driven).Additionally,the influence of water environment matrix on MC-LR photochemical degradation is thoroughly discussed,then the degradation pathways and product toxicity of MC-LR are evaluated.Moreover,we propose future research directions for photochemical oxidation degradation of MC-LR in practical eutrophic waters affected by cyanobacteria blooms.This critical review aims to provide a scientific basis for the prevention,control and remediation of cyanotoxin pollution.
