摘 要:焊缝检测是制冷压力容器安全检测的重要环节。为研究焊接对制冷压力容器用钢(Q245R钢)损伤演化的影响,采用声发射(AE)和红外热成像(IRT)互补监测技术对拉伸载荷下的Q245R钢完整试件和焊接试件动态损伤及温度场进行实时检测,并利用快速傅里叶变换和小波变换方法分析AE信号特征波形。结果表明:焊接试件在损伤演化中产生了幅度超过80 dB及振铃计数超过500的AE信号,且在屈服和缩颈阶段产生大量AE信号,其AE波形幅值和最大小波系数都高于完整试件,但AE累计撞击数远少于完整试件。在温度场变化方面,焊接试件可较早地结束弹性阶段的降温,在缩颈阶段仍持续升温。IRT可以辅助提高AE检测结果的精确度,研究结果为制冷压力容器的安全检测提供参考。Weld pass inspection is an important step in the safety inspection of refrigerating pressure vessel.In order to study the effect of welding on the damage evolution of Q245R steel for refrigeration pressure vessels,acoustic emission(AE)and infrared thermal imaging(IRT)complementary monitoring techniques were used to detect the dynamic damage and temperature field of complete and welded Q245R steel specimens under tensile load.The characteristic waveform of AE signal is analyzed by using fast Fourier transform and wavelet transform.The results show that AE signals with amplitude over 80 dB and ringing count over 500 are generated in the damage evolution of welded specimens,and a large number of AE signals are generated in the yield and necking stages.The AE waveform amplitude and maximum wave coefficient are higher than those of intact specimens,but the cumulative AE impact number is far less than that of intact specimens.In terms of temperature field variation,the welding specimens can end the cooling of elastic stage earlier,and continue to rise in the neck shrinking stage.IRT can help improve the accuracy of AE detection results,and the research results can provide a reference for the safety detection of refrigeration pressure vessels.
