摘  要:在施工项目中忽视高效利用资源和科学制定计划,就会在一定程度上存在租赁设备和雇佣工人数量过多、各施工作业交叉干扰大、施工现场混乱等问题。分析铁路施工进度计划编制问题,以施工时长、施工费用为目标函数,以施工起止日期、施工作业递进关系和持续时间、资源总量、工期限制等为约束条件,构建基于资源共享的铁路施工进度计划编制模型。依托大型复杂施工项目的典型案例,通过MATLAB平台调用数学优化器Gurobi,对施工进度计划、设备租赁计划和工人雇佣计划等进行综合优化,并对相关参数进行灵敏度分析。结果表明:该模型和算法具有一定的可行性和适用性,为合理制定施工进度计划、设备租赁计划、工人雇佣计划提供了依据,证明在铁路施工过程中各作业间的资源共享具有较强的经济价值,能够明显提高资源利用效率,降低施工费用。Neglecting the efficient use of resources and scientific planning in construction projects will,to a certain extent,cause problems such as excessive leased equipment and workers,large cross-interference between various construction operations,and chaotic construction sites.This paper analyzes the preparation of railway construction schedule,takes construction duration and cost as objective functions,and proposes a model based on resource sharing with commencement and completion dates,progressive relationship of construction operations,construction operation duration,total resources and time limit as constraints.Relying on typical cases of large-scale complex construction projects,the mathematical optimizer Gurobi is used through MATLAB platform to comprehensively optimize the construction schedule,equipment leasing plan and worker employment plan,and sensitivity analysis is carried out on relevant parameters.The results show that the model and algorithm are feasible and applicable to some extent,which provides a basis for making reasonable construction schedule,equipment leasing plan and worker employment plan.It proves that resource sharing among various operations has strong economic value in railway construction process,which can obviously improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce construction costs.
