摘 要:针对某高速铁路路涵过渡段发生上拱变形,导致框架涵边墙发生水平开裂病害,从过渡段填料特性、工程环境条件和过渡段填料发生膨胀变形的机理入手,研究过渡段膨胀力分布模式和作用机理。通过对第二类膨胀力作用模式的计算分析,得到涵洞边墙实际承受膨胀力的理论解,并建立路涵过渡段上拱量的计算模型。分析表明:边墙的承载能力不能满足涵背填土压力与填料产生膨胀力共同作用的受力环境,指出框架涵边墙结构按照偏心受压杆件计算的设计缺陷,提出应按照受弯杆件计算的设计建议,同时对其结构断面参数进行优化。In view of the phenomenon that arching deformation occurs in the subgrade-culvert transition section and horizontal cracks occur in the side wall of frame culvert of an HSR,the distribution mode and action mechanism of the overall expansion force generated in the transition section are studied starting from the characteristics of fillers in the transition section,engineering environmental conditions and the mechanism of expansion deformation of fillers in the transition section.Through calculation and analysis,it is shown that the bearing capacity of side wall of frame culvert designed according to the existing standard drawing of frame culvert cannot meet the force conditions under the joint action of filling pressure on the culvert back and expansion force generated by fillers.The defect of calculating the structure design of side wall of frame culvert according to eccentrically compressed members is pointed out.It is suggested that under the condition of swelling potential of culvert back fillers,the side wall of frame culvert needs to be designed according to bending member calculation and its structural section shall be optimized at the same time.
