摘  要:通过设计L9(3~4)正交实验,采用极差法及响应面法,研究了车削切削速度和进给速度对Ti6Al4V-0.15B钛合金丝材加工表面的影响。研究结果表明:最优参数组合为中、高速切削速度和中等进给速度,最优切削速度为630~800 r/min,进给速度为0.20 mm/r;切削速度对丝材直径误差的影响较为显著,其误差随切削速度的增大而减小;进给速度对丝材表面粗糙度的影响最显著,且表面粗糙度随进给速度的增大而增大。This study investigated the effects of turning cutting speed and feed rate on the machining surface of Ti6Al4V-0.15B titanium alloy wire by designing L9(34)orthogonal experiments,using range method and response surface method.The research results showed that the optimal parameter combination was medium to high cutting speed and medium feed rate,that is,the turning cutting speed is 630-800 r min and the feed rate is 0.20 mm r;The diameter error of wire material is significantly affected by turning cutting speed,which decreases with the increase of cutting speed.The surface roughness is most significantly affected by the feed rate,which increases with the increase of feed rate.
