摘　　要：以北京劳动保障职业学院为例,解析机电一体化技术专业技术技能人才培养现状与问题,面向航天高精尖行业,对人才培养体系进行重构,全面推进“岗课赛证+思政融通”综合育人。深化产教融合、校企合作,引入航天特色课程,大力推进“赛学结合”“证课结合”。对接航天企业岗位,以就业为导向,在产教融合、专业建设和综合育人等方面取得成效。Taking Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security as an example,analyze the current situation and problems of the technical and skilled talent training in the major of mechatronics integration technology to reconstruct the talent training system facing to the aerospace high-precision and cutting-edge industry,and comprehensively promotes the comprehensive education of“post course competition certificate+ideological and political integration”.Deepen the integration of industry and education,school enterprise cooperation,introduce aerospace characteristic courses,and vigorously promote the integration of competition and learning,as well as the integration of certifications and courses.Docking aerospace enterprises post and guided by employment-oriented has achieved results in the integration of industry and education,professional construction,and comprehensive education.
