我国城乡收入差距对消费主导型经济增长的影响研究

摘　　要：本文采用2009~2020年我国31个省(区、市)的面板数据,建立固定效应模型,从经济自主能力、需求结构、消费水平、消费结构及消费环境5个维度出发,实证检验了我国城乡收入差距对消费主导型经济增长的影响及作用机制。研究发现,我国城乡收入差距越大,消费主导型经济增长水平越低,且在我国东部地区最为明显,但近期有减弱趋势。灰色关联度分析表明,与我国消费主导型经济增长关联度最强的是消费环境,最弱的是需求结构。考察作用机制发现,我国城乡收入差距主要通过恶化消费环境和消费结构、阻止消费升级来抑制消费主导型经济增长。缩小城乡收入差距,坚持乡村振兴战略;尊重区域差异性,制定协调发展机制;优化消费环境和消费结构,激发居民消费潜力,可促进我国消费主导型经济的持续增长。Using panel data from 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2009 to 2020,this study establishes a fixed-effects model and empirically tests the impact and mechanism of China’s urban-rural income gap on consumption-driven economic growth,based on five dimensions:economic self-sufficiency ability,demand structure,consumption level,consumption structure,and consumption environment.The study finds that the larger the urban-rural income gap,the lower the level of consumption-driven economic growth,which is most evident in the eastern region of China but has shown a weakening trend recently.Gray correlation analysis indicates that the strongest correlation with China’s consumption-driven economic growth is the consumption environment,while the weakest is the demand structure.Examining the mechanism reveals that the urban-rural income gap mainly suppresses consumption-driven economic growth by worsening the consumption environment and structure and preventing consumption upgrading.To promote consumption-driven economic growth in China,it is necessary to narrow the urbanrural income gap,adhere to the strategy of rural revitalization,respect regional differences,formulate coordinated development mechanisms,optimize the consumption environment and structure,and stimulate residents’consumption potential.
