摘　　要：采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱对复方中药制剂补肾降浊颗粒中的化学成分进行定性分析。样品采用WATERS ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱(1.7μm,2.1mm×50 mm)进行分离,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾质谱检测,正、负离子模式下采集数据,通过化合物的精确相对分子质量、质谱裂解规律以及文献报道的质谱数据进行对比分析,共鉴定出173个化合物,包括萜类45个,有机酸类36个,黄酮类26个,糖和苷类21个,酚类18个,苯丙素类10个,生物碱3个,其他类14个。所建立的方法首次对补肾降浊颗粒的化学成分进行快速表征,结果准确,可为进一步的药效物质基础和质量控制提供依据。UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-HRMS is used to qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents in Bushen Jiangzhuo granules,a compound Chinese medicine preparation.The samples are performed on a WATERS ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(1.7μm,2.1 mm×50 mm).The gradient elution is performed with acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid water as the mobile phase.The data are collected in the positive and negative ion modes by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.A total of 173 compounds are identified,including 45 terpenoids,36 organic acids,26 flavonoids,21 sugars and glycosides,18 phenols,10 phenylpropanoids,3 alkaloids and 14 others,through the comparative analysis of the accurate molecular weight of the compounds,the fragmentation pattern of mass spectrometry and the mass spectrometry data reported in the literature.The established method is the first to define the chemical constituents of Bushen Jiangzhuo granules in a precise manner,providing the basis for future pharmacodynamic substance and quality control.
