摘 要:上海市自2004年起,60岁以上的人口比重稳步上升。在此背景下,上海市率先试点实施长期护理保险制度。随着试点工作的深入推广,护理员队伍的稳定性和持续性成为制约长期护理保险效果发挥的关键。本文对全市16区50家机构的5805名护理员的薪酬现状进行问卷调查,归纳长期护理保险护理员队伍的人口学特征、社会保障和薪酬情况,采用有序logit回归分析影响长期护理保险护理员薪酬的因素,从建设高学历高质量护理员队伍、完善护理员社会保障以及放宽持证要求等角度提出对策建议。Since 2004,the proportion of people over 60 years old in Shanghai has been increasing.In the context,Shanghai has taken the lead in piloting a long-term care insurance system.With the in-depth promotion of pilots,the stability and sustainability of the nursing staff have become the key constraints on the effectiveness of long-term care insurance.Therefore,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the salary status of 5805 nurses from 50 institutions in 16 districts of Shanghai to summarize the demographic characteristics,social security and salary of the Shanghai nursing staff,and ordered logit regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the salary of nurses.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as building a team of high-quality nursing staff with good education background,improving the social security of nursing staff and lowering the requirements for certificates.
