摘　　要：ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸是动物体内不能合成但生命活动不可或缺的一类脂肪酸。在宠物健康领域,越来越多的研究发现ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸可用于改善宠物毛发,但相关机制尚未完全明确。文章综述了ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸用于改善宠物犬和兔毛发的相关研究,并梳理了ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸改善毛发的可能机制,旨在为ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸应用于宠物行业改善宠物毛发提供参考。ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)are essential fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by animals but are indispensable for their life activities.In the field of pet health,an increasing number of studies have found thatω-3 PUFAs can be used to improve pet hair coat,but the underlying mechanisms have not been fully elucidated.The relevant research on the use ofω-3 PUFAs to improve the hair coat of dogs and rabbits has been reviewed,and the possible mechanisms by whichω-3 PUFAs improve hair coat has been summarized.The aim is to provide a reference for the application ofω-3 PUFAs in the pet industry to improve pet hair coat.
