摘　　要：中越两国在农业资源、市场和技术等方面具有较强的互补性,合作潜力巨大。分析越南农业发展现状、生产结构变化趋势及原因,对持续深入开展中越双边或澜湄次区域多边农业合作具有重要意义。越南粮食作物生产从分散发展逐步向优势区域集中,产业结构和布局也向着良性发展方向转变,但是其农业增长主要基于自然资源的使用,不仅会对环境造成负面影响,而且随着自然优势的降低,越南农产品生产力将会降低,国际市场竞争力将会减弱。因此,中越两国应紧抓“一带一路”倡议、区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)等契机,持续深化农业领域跨境合作,积极推进农业科技联合创新、推动贸易高质量发展和深化农业产业链合作。In terms of agricultural resources, market and technology, China and Vietnam are highly complementary and have huge potential for cooperation. It is of great significance to study the current situation of Vietnam's agricultural development, the trend of production structure change and the reasons for the continuous and in-depth development of China-Vietnam bilateral or Lancang-Mekong sub-regional multilateral agricultural cooperation. The production of food crops in Vietnam has gradually shifted from decentralized development to concentration in dominant areas, and the industrial structure and layout have also shifted to a benign development direction. However, the current agricultural growth in Vietnam is mainly based on the use of natural resources, which will not only have a negative impact on the environment, but also reduce the productivity of Vietnam's agricultural products with the decrease of natural advantages, and its competitiveness in the international market will decrease. Therefore, China and Vietnam should continue to deepen cross-border agricultural cooperation by seizing opportunities such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP), actively promote joint innovation in agricultural science and technology, promote high-quality development of trade and deepen cooperation in the agricultural industrial chain.
