乡村振兴背景下村级档案工作发展路径分析

摘　　要：村级档案工作是乡村建设中的一项基础性内容,在乡村治理、农业发展、文化传承等方面发挥着重要作用,尤其为实现乡村振兴战略,提供了必要的信息资源保障和存储作用,具有一定特殊意义。乡村振兴战略的进一步实施,也给村级档案建设带来了一定发展机遇,提供了必要的政策支持、技术支持、实践支持和资金支持。为实现档案公共服务均等化,提升对乡村振兴的总体服务水平,从村级档案工作的特点阐述出发,文章分析了目前村级档案工作面临的机遇,并以此提出了档案收集、管理和服务层面的有效发展路径。The village-level archives work is a basic content in the rural construction,and plays an important role in promoting rural governance,agricultural development,cultural heritage and other aspects,especially providing the necessary information resources protection and storage for the realization of the rural revitalization strategy,which has certain special significance.In turn,the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has also brought certain development opportunities to the village-level archives construction,providing necessary policy support,technical support,practical support and financial support.In order to realize the equalization of archives public service and improve the overall service level for rural revitalization,starting from the description of the characteristics of village-level archives work,this paper analyzes the opportunities faced by village-level archives work at present,and puts forward the effective development path of archives collection,management and service.
