摘  要:高原低氧可引起复杂的病理生理变化,影响机体的多个生理过程。在急进高原所产生的常见疾病中,急性胃黏膜损伤具有高占比和发病隐匿等特点,严重威胁急进高原人群的生命健康,是高原相关性消化系统疾病中亟待解决的难题。然而急进高原诱发的胃黏膜损伤目前仍未得到重视,高原急性消化系统疾病的相关研究报道尚不深入、全面。故本文对高海拔急性胃黏膜损伤的主要病因与发病机制作一综述,以期为急性胃黏膜损伤的基础研究和临床防治提供参考。High altitude hypoxia can cause complex pathophysiological changes and affect multiple physiological processes of the body.Among the common diseases caused by rapid entry into the plateau,acute gastric mucosal injury has the characteristics of high proportion and insidious onset,which seriously threatens the life and health of people entering the plateau,and is an urgent problem to be solved in plateau-related digestive diseases.However,the gastric mucosal injury induced by acute exposure to high altitude has not attracted much attention,and researches on acute digestive system diseases at high altitude are not deep and comprehensive.Therefore,this article reviews the main etiology and pathogenesis of acute gastric mucosal injury at high altitude,in order to provide reference for basic research and clinical prevention and treatment of acute gastric mucosal injury.
