摘　　要：目的:提升儿童专科医院门诊药房药学服务质量。方法:分析儿童专科医院门诊药房药学服务的特点及门诊药师面临的实际问题,依据中国药师协会发布的《药师药学服务胜任力评价标准(试行)》及现有相关研究,探讨应对不同情况的具体药学服务方式。结果:加强责任心、提高沟通技巧、提升职业自豪感等是儿童专科医院门诊药房药师职业培养的重要内容。结论:门诊药师应利用自身优势完成药学服务的转型。Objective:To improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy of children’s hospital.Methods:Characteristics of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy of children’s hospital and the practical problems faced by outpatient pharmacists were analyzed.According to the Evaluation Criteria for Pharmacists’Competence in Pharmaceutical Care(Trial)issued by the Chinese Pharmacists Association and existing relevant studies,specific pharmaceutical care in response to different situations were discussed.Results:Strengthening sense of responsibility,improving communication skills and enhancing professional pride were the important contents of professional training of pharmacists in outpatient pharmacy of children’s hospital.Conclusion:Outpatient pharmacists should make use of their own advantages to complete the transformation of pharmaceutical care.
