摘　　要：目的:运用信息化技术和自动化设备优化住院药房单剂量口服摆药效率和质量。方法:比较我院住院药房利用信息化技术和自动化设备改造口服单剂量摆药模式应用前后药房工作效率及调剂差错不良事件的变化,对药房管理的成效进行分析评价。结果:住院药房医嘱全流程实现信息化闭环管理,提高了药师工作效率,一定程度上保障了住院患者用药安全。结论:我院住院药房信息化口服摆药新实践可提高药房工作效率,降低调剂差错发生,利于药师转型,保障患者用药安全。Objective:To optimize the efficiency and quality of oral drugs dispensing in inpatient pharmacy through information technology and automated equipment.Methods:Changes of work efficiency,dispensing errors and adverse events in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital before and after implementation of information technology and automated equipment were compared.The effectiveness of pharmacy management was analyzed and evaluated.Results:The full process of medical orders in inpatient pharmacy realized the closed-loop management of informationization,which improved the work efficiency of pharmacists and ensured the medication safety for inpatients to a certain extent.Conclusion:The new practice of oral drugs dispensing in inpatient pharmacy based on information technology in inpatient pharmacy of our hospital can improve work efficiency,reduce dispensing errors,facilitate pharmacist transformation,and ensure medication safety for patients.
