摘 要:半夏曲药用历史悠久,自宋代首载半夏制曲开始,其炮制工艺经过继承与发展,一直沿用至今。历版《中国药典》均未收录半夏曲,各地区半夏曲的炮制工艺和质控标准不统一,其临床用药安全性、有效性难以得到保证。本文通过查阅医书古籍及文献资料,对半夏曲的炮制历史沿革进行总结,对全国各地区中药饮片炮制规范中半夏曲的炮制方法及炮制品规进行归纳,以期为半夏曲炮制工艺和质量标准研究提供历史依据和现实参考。Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata has long-term history of use as common traditional Chinese medicines.Since the Song Dynasty first published Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata,its processing technology has been inherited and developed,which has been used ever since.However,Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata has not been included in the previous editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the processing technology and quality control standards of Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata in different regions are not unified,so it is difficult to ensure the safe and effective of traditional Chinese medicine.The historical evolution of the processing of Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata was summarized by consulting ancient medical books and literature materials,and the processing methods and product specifications of Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata in the processing standards of traditional Chinese medicine slices in various regions of the country were also summarized,in order to provide historical basis and practical reference for the research on the processing technology and quality standards of Pinelliae Rhizoma Fermentata.
