摘  要:目的探讨基于知信行模式(KABP)的健康素养干预在血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院收治的90例血液透析患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组予以基于KABP理论的健康素养干预。干预3个月后,观察两组健康素养水平、疾病不确定感、运动自我效能及自我管理能力水平。结果干预后,两组健康素养、运动自我效能(ESE)量表评分及自我管理量表评分均高于干预前,Mishel疾病不确定感(MUIS)量表评分低于干预前,且观察组健康素养、ESE量表评分及自我管理量表评分高于对照组,MUIS量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于KABP理论的健康素养干预能够改善血液透析患者健康素养、疾病不确定感、运动自我效能及自我管理能力。Objective To explore the application value of health literacy intervention based on knowledge attitude belief practice(KABP)model in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients admitted to Anhui Medical University Affiliated Chaohu Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health literacy intervention based on KABP theory.After three months of intervention,the levels of health literacy,disease uncertainty,exercise self-efficacy and self-management ability of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of health literacy,exercise self-efficacy(ESE)scale and self-management scale of the two groups were higher than before intervention,the scores of Mishel disease uncertainty(MUIS)scale were lower than before intervention,and the scores of health literacy,ESE scale and self-management scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the score of MUIS was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health literacy intervention based on KABP theory can improve health literacy,disease uncertainty,exercise self-efficacy,and self-management ability of hemodialysis patients.
