隔姜脐灸联合凯格尔训练治疗围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察隔姜脐灸联合凯格尔(Kegel)训练治疗围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2020年2月华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院就诊的64例围绝经期SUI患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组32例。对照组采用Kegel训练,治疗组在对照组基础上联合隔姜脐灸治疗,治疗持续12周。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后漏尿量、国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分、盆底肌肌力。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组漏尿量低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ICI-Q-SF评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组盆底肌肌力优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔姜脐灸联合Kegel训练治疗围绝经期女性SUI临床效果更佳,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ginger umbilical moxibustion combined with Kegel training in the treatment of perimenopausal women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods A total of 64 perimenopausal women with SUI treated in Liyuan Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kegel training,and the experimental group was treated with ginger umbilical moxibustion on the basis of control group,treatment lasted 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared;urine leakage,International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF)score,and pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,urine leakage in both groups was lower than those before treatment,and treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ICI-Q-SF score of two groups was lower than that before treatment,and treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of two groups were better than those before treatment,and treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of ginger umbilical moxibustion combined with Kegel training in the treatment perimenopausal women with SUI is better,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
