摘　　要：线粒体乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)存在多个基因多态性位点,其中最常见的突变位点为rs671,与冠心病的发病及严重程度具有相关性。ALDH2基因突变后可导致其酶活性显著下降,合并ALDH2基因突变的心绞痛患者服用硝酸甘油过程中更容易出现耐受。因此,ALDH2基因突变与硝酸甘油耐受之间的关系是目前研究的热点,研发ALDH2酶活性激活剂可能成为改善硝酸甘油耐受的新治疗方法。本文就ALDH2基因多态性与冠心病患者硝酸甘油疗效的相关性研究作一综述,以期为冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床治疗提供新的思路及依据。Mitochondrial acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2)has multiple gene polymorphism loci,the most common mutation loci is rs671,which is associated with the incidence and severity of coronary artery disease.ALDH2 gene mutation can lead to a significant decrease in its enzyme activity,and angina pectoris patients with ALDH2 gene mutation are more likely to develop tolerance during nitroglycerin administration.Therefore,the relationship between ALDH2 gene mutation and nitroglycerin tolerance is the focus of current research,and the development of ALDH2 enzyme activity activators may become a new treatment method to improve nitroglycerin tolerance.This article reviews the correlation between ALDH2 gene polymorphisms and the efficacy of nitroglycerin in patients with coronary heart disease,in order to provide a new idea and basis for clinical treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
