摘　　要：本文总结杨才德应用穴位埋线针刀疗法治疗脊柱退变性神经痛的临床经验。杨才德临床诊断中重视中医传统经络辨证、辨经取穴与现代医学中解剖学、病因学、生物力学、周围神经卡压理论等相融合,将中医穴位与西医阳性反应点有机结合,形成了以“中医传统理论为根基,西医诊断方法为依据”的循证辨证取穴思路。杨才德临床操作中将长效针灸-穴位埋线疗法与速效针刀有机结合,发明了“埋线针刀”专利针具,把针刀疗法引入到中医传统穴位埋线操作当中,将针灸的提插、捻转等手法与针刀松解、分离等手法融合在一次穿刺治疗过程中,形成了一种独特的中西医结合治疗技术“埋线针刀疗法”,开创了埋线疗法的新局面,增加了穴位埋线的治疗范围,临床中对脊柱相关性疼痛类疾病治疗效果显著。This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Yang Caide’s acupoint embedding thread akupotomye therapy to treat spinal degenerative nerve root pain.Yang Caide in the clinical diagnosis of traditional meridian syndrome differentiation,meridian point and modern medical anatomy,etiology,biomechanics,peripheral nerve compression theory,the organic combination of acupuncture points of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine positive reaction point,formed the“traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation,western medicine diagnosis method as the basis”the idea of picking points based on evidence differentiation.In clinical operation Director Yang Caide organically combined long-term acupuncture and moxibustion-acupoint embedding thread therapy with quick akupotomye,invented the“thread embedding akupotomye”patent needle,introduced the akupotomye therapy to the traditional acupuncture thread operation,the acupuncture insertion,twist technique and acupuncture release,separation in a puncture treatment,formed a unique integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment technology“thread embedding akupotomye therapy”,created a new situation of buried thread therapy,increase the acupoint thread treatment range,clinical for spinal correlation pain disease treatment effect is remarkable.
