摘  要:目的探讨人工真皮治疗手指甲床缺损骨外露的效果。方法应用人工真皮治疗20例手指甲床缺损骨外露患者。记录新生甲板的生长情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月。术后4~6周拆除人工真皮,可见外露指骨表面有硬韧的纤维结缔组织生成,未见新生甲板生长。术后2个月可见新生甲板长出,术后3~4个月后新生甲板生长约1/2,术后5~6个月后新生甲板逐渐再生完成。末次随访时,指甲外观平整光滑,甲板与甲床连接紧密,贴附牢固,指甲韧度和外形及功能基本和伤前相仿,指间关节屈伸活动正常。结论人工真皮治疗手指甲床缺损骨外露手术简单,效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of artificial derma in treating nail bed defect with bone exposure.Methods The 20 cases of nail bed defects with bone exposure were treated with artificial derma.Growth of the newborn deck was recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 6~24 months.At 4~6 weeks after surgery,when removing the artificial dermis,the hard and tough fibrous connective tissue formation was observed on the exposed phalanx surface,without of the newborn deck growth.Two months after surgery,the growth of the newborn deck was observed,and the growth of the newborn deck was about 1/2 after 3~4 months,the regeneration of the newborn deck was gradually completed after 5~6 months.At the last follow-up,the nail appearance was smooth,the deck was closely connected to the nail bed,and the nail adhesion was firm.The nail toughness,shape and function were basically similar to those before injury,and the flexion and extension of the interphalangeal joint were normal.Conclusions Artificial derma is simple and effective in treating nail bed defect with bone exposure.
