肘后正中切口内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肘后正中切口内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法采用肘后正中切口内固定治疗21例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者。记录骨折愈合时间、关节活动度及并发症发生情况,采用Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~20(10.3±2.2)个月。骨折均愈合,时间4~6(4.5±1.3)个月。未发生感染、骨化性肌炎、神经损伤及内固定松动、断裂等并发症。末次随访时,肘关节后伸0°~20°(9.8°±5.2°),屈曲100°~130°(118.3°±7.5°);前臂旋前60°~90°(76.6°±8.6°),旋后55°~80°(68.5°±9.8°);采用Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能评分标准评价疗效:优13例,良6例,可2例,优良率19/21。结论采用肘后正中切口内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折操作简单,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation with posterior median incision of the elbow in the treatment of olecranal fracture.Methods The 21 cases of olecranal fractures were treated with internal fixation via posterior median incision of the elbow.Fracture healing time,elbow range of motion and complications were recorded.The Broberg-Morrey elbow function scale was used to evaluate the efficacy.Results All patients were followed up for 6~20(10.3±2.2)months.All the fractures healed within 4~6(4.5±1.3)months.No complications such as infection,myositis ossificans,nerve injury,loosening or rupture of internal fixation occurred.At the last follow-up,the elbow joint was posterior extension with 0°~20°(9.8°±5.2°)and flexion with 100°~130°(118.3°±7.5°).Forearm pronation was 60°~90°(76.6°±8.6°),supination was 55°~80°(68.5°±9.8°);Broberg-Morrey elbow joint function score was used to evaluate the curative effect:excellent in 13 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2,with an excellent-good rate of 19/21.Conclusions The treatment of olecranal fracture by internal fixation with posterior median incision of the elbow is simple operation,with satisfactory clinical effect.
