摘 要:利用淬火膨胀仪,结合金相和硬度,绘制过共析钢轨钢连续冷却转变曲线,并对其冷却过程中的组织性能进行分析。在此基础上,分析了冷速和终冷温度对过共析钢轨钢组织性能的影响,随着冷速增加和终冷温度的降低,硬度明显增加,但更容易生成马氏体。过共析钢轨钢热处理工艺设置需要合理匹配冷速和终冷温度,冷速可选择3.5~4.0℃/s,终冷可选择500~550℃,能够在不出现马氏体等异常组织的前提下获得高的硬度性能。The continuous cooling transformation curve of steel for hypereutectoid rail was determined by using a quenching dilatometer,combined with metallography and hardness,and the microstructure and properties of the steel during the cooling process were analyzed.On this basis,the effects of cooling rate and final cooling temperature on the microstructure properties were analyzed.With the increase of cooling rate and the decrease of final cooling temperature,the hardness of the steel increased obviously,but was prone to the formation of martensite.The heat treatment process setting should reasonably match the cooling rate and final cooling temperature.The cooling rate range can be 3.5~4.0℃/s,and the final cooling temperature can be 500~550℃,which can obtain high hardness properties without the appearance of abnormal microstructures like martensite.
