摘  要:介绍了大棒轧线开坯机和连轧机组间液压剪新增定长剪切功能控制的开发和应用,利用无接触式测速测长装置测量通过辊道的方坯实时长度和速度,通过PLC控制系统调节该液压剪前后辊道的运行速度,使方坯在辊道上能精确定位,实现方坯的定长剪切。系统包括方坯跟踪控制、方坯速度检测控制、方坯长度检测控制、方坯定位控制、方坯定长优化控制、及方坯速度自适应控制等。系统应用于现场后,液压剪定长剪切的精度高、速度快、稳定性好。The application and development of a new shearing function control for the hydraulic shear for billet cut-to-size between the roughing mill and the continuous rolling train of the large-size bar rolling line is described,which uses the non-contact speed and length measuring device to measure the real-time length and detect the speed of the billet passing through the roller table,and the PLC control system to adjust the running speed of the roller table before and after the hydraulic shear,so that the billet can be accurately positioned on the roller table which helps realize the cut-to-size of the billet.The system includes billet tracking control,billet speed detection control,billet length measuring control,billet positioning control,billet length optimization control,and billet speed adaptive control.After the control system is applied,the hydraulic shear is of high accuracy,high speed and good stability.
