摘  要:深孔加工过程中的振动问题是当前加工领域亟待解决的难题,镗削振动会影响加工质量和加工效率,学者们对此设计开发了大量减振镗杆用于抑制镗削振动。根据减振方式的不同,镗杆主要分为被动减振、主动减振和半主动减振。本文对三种减振方式的减振机理、镗杆结构、特点、不足以及发展趋势进行了梳理,并讨论了振动抑制技术的发展方向。目前,抑制镗削振动的研究重点仍然侧重于减振镗杆的结构、材料和控制方法等方面。随着新型材料的发现、结构设计的提高、减振机理的深入研究、控制技术的提升和人工智能技术的发展,减振镗杆的研究趋向于多元化、集成化和智能化。During boring process of deep hole,the machining vibration is a complex problem,which should be solved urgently.Boring vibration can directly affect the machined quality and efficiency.A large number of vibration-damping boring bars have been designed and developed to suppress boring vibrations.According to the different vibration damping methods,boring bars are mainly classified into passive damping,active damping and semi-active damping.In this paper,the damping mechanism,boring bar structure,characteristics,shortcomings and development trends of the three damping methods are reviewed,and the development direction of vibration suppression technology is discussed.At present,the focus of research on vibration suppression in boring is still on the structure,materials,and control methods of vibration damping boring bars.With the discovery of new materials,the improvement of structural design,the in-depth study of vibration damping mechanism,and the improvement of control technology and artificial intelligence technology,the research of vibration damping boring bar tends to be diversified,integrated and intelligent.
