摘  要:椭圆振动辅助切削引起的亚表面损伤严重影响BK7光学玻璃的应用,但是目前尚无关于椭圆振动辅助切削的亚表面损伤深度预测模型。应用脆性材料的压痕断裂力学,结合经典公式,利用切削力和亚表面损伤深度的相关性,建立基于椭圆振动辅助切削加工BK7光学玻璃的亚表面损伤深度预测模型,使用有限元软件模拟不同切削参数对工件亚表面损伤深度的影响。研究发现,亚表面损伤深度与切削力的指数成正比(即κ^(Fχ)_(c));随着切削参数的变化,亚表面损伤深度的变化趋势与切削力的变化趋势一致;二者的线性回归方程中,所得指数χ=0.54与预测模型的0.45非常接近,模型得到了很好的验证。利用该模型,可以通过测量切削力快速实时地预测椭圆振动辅助切削加工BK7光学玻璃时产生的亚表面损伤深度。Subsurface damage caused by elliptical vibration-assisted cutting seriously affects the application of BK7 optical glass,but there is no subsurface damage depth prediction model for elliptical vibration-assisted cutting.Therefore,a subsurface damage depth prediction model based on elliptical vibration-assisted cutting BK7 optical glass is established by applying indentation fracture mechanics of britle materials,combined with classical formulas,and using the correlation between cutting force and subsurface damage depth.Subsequently,the effect of different process parameters on the subsurface damage depth of the workpiece is simulated by finite element software.Through the established model,it is found that the depth of subsurface damage is proportional to the index of cutting force(κ^(Fχ)_(c)).The results show that with the change of cutting parameters,the change trend of subsurface damage depth is consistent with the change trend of cutting force.And the index X=0.53 obtained from the linear regression equation of the two is very close to the prediction model of 0.45,and the resulting model is well verified.Using this model,the depth of subsurface damage generated when the elliptical vibration assisted machining BK7 can be predicted in real time by measuring the cutting force.
