摘  要:多孔石墨节流器是气体静压轴承的关键部分,其机械性能取决于多孔石墨的多孔质微观结构。由于多孔介质的复杂性,很难建立真实微观微观结构下的热流动状态。为解决这一难题,采用Micro-CT对多孔石墨进行断层扫描获得其真实结构,并对其孔隙进行详细表征,通过与数值仿真相结合的方法将其转化为数字孪生模型,建立基于真实微孔结构的多孔石墨三维流动模型。结果表明,多孔石墨的孔隙等效半径服从正态分布,数字孪生模型在微观条件下传质传热的三维流动状态揭示了压力与传热对气体静压轴承的动态影响,该方法为研究多孔材料孔隙特征和微观流动状态提供了新思路。Porous graphite throttles are key parts of aerostatic bearings,and their mechanical properties depend on the porous microstructure of porous graphite.Due to the complexity of porous media,it is difficult to establish the thermal flow state under the real microstructure.To solve this problem,Micro-CT tomography is used to obtain the real structure of porous graphite,and its pores are characterized in detail.By combining with numerical simulation,the porous graphite is transformed into a digital twin model,and a three-dimensional flow model of porous graphite is established based on the real microporous structure.Results show that the porosity of the porous graphite equivalent radius is normal distribution,the twin model under the condition of the microscopic digital three-dimensional flow state of the mass and heat transfer reveals the dynamic effect of the pressure and heat transfer on aerostatic bearing,the method for the study of porous material characteristics and microscopic pore flow state provides an effective new method.
