摘  要:超声振动磨削技术在难加工金属材料的高效、高质量磨削中具有突出优势。为了揭示普通磨削(TG)和超声振动磨削(UVG)方式下砂轮表面形貌参数的变化规律,量化评价超声振动辅助磨削砂轮的原位修整效果,初选了砂轮形貌考察参数,运用灰色关联法研究了砂轮形貌考察参数与磨削力、磨削表面粗糙度之间的关联程度,提出了评价超声振动辅助磨削砂轮修整效果的建议指标。结果表明:与TG磨削相比,UVG的磨削力和磨削表面粗糙度均有所降低,超声振动作用对砂轮表面形貌参数和砂轮锐性产生了较大影响,灰色关联分析表明,形貌考察参数S_(pk),S_(ds),S_(sc),S_(q),S_(a),S_(vk)可作为超声振动磨削砂轮修整效果的指标。Ultrasonic vibration grinding technology exhibits high-quality machining and high-efficient merits for difficult-to-machine materials.In order to reveal the variation pattern of surface topography parameters of grinding wheels under normal grinding(TG)and ultrasonic vibration grinding(UVG)methods,to quantitatively evalute the in-situ dressing effect of ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding wheels,the grinding wheel topography parameters are initially selected,and the grey correlation method is used to study the correlation between the grinding wheel topography parameters,grinding force and grinding surface roughness,and the suggested indexes for evaluating the dressing effect of ultrasonic vibration-assisted grinding wheels are proposed.The results show that,compared with TG,UVG grinding force and grinding surface roughness are reduced,and the ultrasonic vibration effect has a greater impact on the surface topography parameters of the grinding wheel and the sharpness of the grinding wheel.Grey correlation analysis shows that the morphological parameters S_(pk),S_(ds),S_(sc),S_(q),S_(a)and S_(vk)can be used as indicators of the dressing effect of ultrasonic vibration grinding wheels.
