摘 要:对国内外钒钛资源利用现状进行了分析,分别讨论了钒钛磁铁矿高炉冶炼工艺技术以及钒钛磁铁矿非高炉冶炼技术的发展现状与冶炼效果,并探讨了高炉与非高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿工艺技术存在的问题。高炉通过喷吹焦炉煤气、氧气高炉等技术,可以有效降低冶炼过程碳排放,减少冶炼过程碳耗,但存在着操作难度大、无法完全替代冶金焦等问题;非高炉冶炼工艺包括转底炉直接还原—电炉冶炼、气基竖炉直接还原-电炉、COREX熔融还原以及HIsmelt熔融还原等工艺路线,能进一步降低碳排放,并大幅减少冶金焦的使用,但是,依然存在V、Ti收得率不高、顶煤气利用效率低等缺点。基于以上研究,结合西昌钢钒的原燃料质量特点、区域资源分布、自身工艺操作及设备条件等,提出了Pangang Low Carbon smelt工艺(PLCsmelt)。PLCsmelt是一种与传统高炉生产同质铁水、综合减碳降本的复合工艺,其减碳潜力约30%~50%,降本潜力较大,可为钒钛磁铁矿非高炉冶炼提供新思路。The current situation of vanadium and titanium resource utilization at home and abroad is analyzed,the development status and smelting effect of vanadium titanium magnetite blast furnace smelting technology and vanadium titanium magnetite non-blast furnace smelting technology are discussed,and the problems existing in blast furnace and non-blast furnace smelting vanadium titanium magnetite process technology are discussed.The blast furnace can effectively reduce carbon emissions in the smelting process and reduce carbon consumption in the smelting process through technologies such as injection coke oven gas and oxygen blast furnace,but there are problems such as difficult operation and inability to completely replace metallurgical coke.Non-blast furnace smelting processes include rotary hearth furnace direct reduction-electric furnace smelting,gas-based shaft furnace direct reduction-electric furnace,COREX melt reduction and HIsmelt melt reduction and other process routes,which can further reduce carbon emissions and greatly reduce the use of metallurgical coke,but there are still shortcomings such as low yield of V and Ti and low utilization efficiency of top gas.Based on the above research,combined with the raw fuel quality characteristics,regional resource distribution,own process operation and equipment conditions of Xichang steel vanadium,the Pangang Low Carbon smelt process(PLCsmelt)was proposed.PLCsmelt is a composite process to produce homogeneous molten iron and comprehensive carbon reduction and cost reduction with traditional blast furnace,and its carbon reduction potential is about 30%~50%,which can provide new ideas for non-blast furnace smelting of vanadium titanium magnetite.
