摘　　要：承德钒钛新材料有限公司原有露天焦炭库存在降低焦炭质量、产生无组织扬尘等问题,不能满足环保要求和高炉生产的需要。通过建设4座大型圆筒储焦仓,配套建设火车焦炭卸车机、汽车液压卸料机、上料皮带机等设备,替代了原有的露天焦炭库和刮板卸车机,改善了焦炭的卸车和储存条件;通过增加除尘设施,实现了卸车、存储过程粉尘“零排放”;通过设备的联锁控制和远程监控实现了“一键上料”,提高了生产效率,满足了高炉生产的需要。The original open-air coke inventory of Chengde Vanadium and Titanium New Material Co.,Ltd.is reducing coke quality and generating fugitive dust,which cannot meet the environmental protection requirements and the needs of blast furnace production.Through the construction of 4 large cylindrical coke storage silos,supporting the construction of train coke unloader,automobile hydraulic unloader,feeding belt machine and other equipment,the original open-air coke warehouse and scraper unloader were replaced,and the unloading and storage conditions of coke were improved;by increasing dust removal facilities,"zero emission"of dust during unloading and storage has been achieved;through the interlock control and remote monitoring of the equipment,"one-key feeding"is realized,which improves production efficiency and meets the needs of blast furnace production.
