摘 要:唐山中厚板材有限公司转炉干法除尘工艺投运后,出现了泄爆、开吹点火效率低、风机转速与烟气产生量不匹配、“6·9”报警等诸多问题,导致吹炼时间明显增加,严重影响了炼钢生产节奏。介绍了转炉除尘工艺流程和泄爆机理;分析了干法除尘泄爆产生的原因,认为开吹点火效率低、吹炼过程中风机转速高、二次下枪、“6·9”报警等是产生泄爆的主要原因。通过在开吹阶段增加氮气吹扫、阀门和氧枪升降等设备增加自动控制、改变风机转速模型化的控制方式、完善气体分析仪管理制度等措施,提高了开吹点火成功率,降低了泄爆发生率,缩短了转炉冶炼周期,保障了转炉干法除尘工艺的稳定运行,取得了显著的经济效益和生态环境效益。After the dry dust removal process of converter of Tangshan Medium Thick Plate Co.,Ltd.was put into operation,many problems occurred such as explosion relief,low ignition efficiency of blowing,mismatch between fan speed and flue gas generation,and"6·9"alarm,resulting in a significant increase in blowing time,which seriously affected the rhythm of steelmaking production.The converter dust removal process and explosion relief mechanism were introduced.The reasons for dry dust removal and explosion discharge were analyzed,and it was believed that the low ignition efficiency of blowing,the high speed of the fan during the blowing process,the secondary gun,and the"6·9"alarm were the main reasons for the explosion release.By adding nitrogen purging,valve and oxygen gun lifting and other equipment in the blowing stage,increasing automatic control,changing the control mode of fan speed modeling,and improving the gas analyzer management system,the success rate of blowing ignition has been improved,the incidence of explosion discharge has been reduced,the converter smelting cycle has been shortened,the stable operation of the converter dry dust removal process has been guaranteed,and significant economic and ecological environmental benefits have been achieved.
