摘　　要：知识复用是企业解决知识管理瓶颈的重要突破方向。本文从知识复用的视角,梳理分析雪佛龙、英国石油公司(BP)和斯伦贝谢三家典型国际油公司在知识管理方面的具体实践,通过归纳总结,得出加强企业知识复用的相关建议:一是要转变知识管理的关注重点;二是要塑造知识复用的思维模式;三是要提升知识的“可找到性”。Knowledge reuse is an important breakthrough direction for enterprises to solve the bottleneck of knowledge management.From the perspective of knowledge reuse,this paper reviews and analyzes the specific practices of three typical international oil companies:Chevron,BP,and Shell,in the field of knowledge management.Through summarization,it provides relevant suggestions for strengthening knowledge reuse in enterprises:first,shift the focus of knowledge management,second,shape the mindset of knowledge reuse,third,enhance the"findability"of knowledge.
