“双碳”目标下我国石油化工工业耦合绿氢降碳的实践及展望

摘  要:我国政府已向世界承诺“力争2030年前实现碳达峰、努力争取2060年前实现碳中和”,作为我国能源消耗和碳排放主要领域之一的石油化工工业,如何在短时间内实现碳达峰碳中和,任务艰巨且紧迫。绿氢与我国石油化工工业融合发展能大规模减少二氧化碳排放,是我国石油化工工业绿色低碳发展的重要途径。但目前我国石油化工工业耦合绿氢降碳的工业化项目和研究成果不多。为促进尽快形成产业化效果,本文介绍了我国石油化工工业推进绿氢炼化的现状、存在的主要问题、发展前景,并提出了促进发展的思路和建议。The Chinese government has promised the world to"strive to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060".As one of the main sources of energy consumption and carbon emissions in China,the petrochemical industry faces a challenging and urgent task of achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in a short period of time.The integration of green hydrogen and China's petrochemical industry can significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions,which is an important way for Chinese petrochemical industry to achieve green and low-carbon development.However,there are currently few industrial projects and research achievements in Chinese petrochemical industry that couple green hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions.In order to promote industrialization as soon as possible,the current situation,problems,and prospects of utilizing green hydrogen to reduce carbon emissions in Chinese petrochemical industry were introduced,and suggestions for promoting development were proposed.
