摘　　要：台湾地区政治型智库是台当局和各政党进行舆论生产和对外传播的重要主体。在舆论生产上,台湾地区政治型智库善于通过细化的议程设置和“旋转门”机制进行专业化的观点生产,通过多样化的项目和活动完成与政治人物和社会的双重互动。在对外传播中,台湾地区政治型智库善于利用其研究人员的欧美背景,通过国际化的传播手段和多样化的传播方式,对自身生产出的舆论进行推广。本文将重点研究台湾地区政治型智库的舆论生产以及它们的对外传播路径,找寻应对之策。Taiwan's political think tanks are important entities for the Taiwan authorities and political parties to engage in public opinion production and external dissemination.In terms of public opinion production,Taiwan's political think tanks are good at professional opinion production through detailed agenda setting and the“Revolving Door Politics”mechanism,and complete the dual interaction with political figures and society through diversified projects and activities.In terms of external communication,Taiwan's political think tanks are adept at utilizing their researchers,experiences in Europe and America to promote the public opinion that they have shaped through international and diverse means of communication.This article will focus on the production of public opinion in Taiwan's political think tanks and their external communication paths in order to find countermeasures.
