摘 要:为精准获得单螺栓连接结构所需的预紧力,研究工艺参数对拧紧力矩-预紧力关系的影响,基于螺纹轮廓几何表达式,采用Python语言对复合材料螺栓连接结构进行参数化建模,在验证模型准确性的基础上,采用有限元法分析摩擦系数、螺栓公称直径以及螺栓节距等参数对拧紧力矩-预紧力的影响。结果表明:螺栓节距对拧紧力矩-预紧力关系的影响较小;在扭矩为定值时,螺栓公称直径越小预紧力越大,但所能达到的最大设计预紧力也越小;摩擦系数对拧紧力矩-预紧力关系的影响最显著。To accurately obtain the preload required for the single bolt connection structure,the effect of process parameters on the tightening torque-preload relationship is studied.Based on the geometric expression of thread contour,the parametric model of single composite bolt connection structure is built using Python language.The accuracy of the model is verified,and the finite element method is used to analyze the effects of parameters on the tightening torque-preload relationship,that includes the friction coefficient,the nominal bolt diameter,and the bolt pitch.The results show that the effect of bolt pitch on the tightening torque-preload relationship is little.When the torque is constant,the smaller the nominal bolt diameter,the greater the bolt preload,but the maximum design preload that could be achieved is also reduced accordingly.The friction coefficient has the most significant influence on the tightening torque-preload relationship.
