摘　　要：“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”为全面建成社会主义现代化强国提供了方法论和路线图。中国式现代化体育新道路亦是实现加快体育强国建设的中国方案。这一道路具有任务的高度叠加性、发展的多重协调性、战略的后发赶超性等时空特点。中国式现代化体育新道路应聚焦以下价值取向:在个体层面应追求夯实“为人民谋幸福”的身心基础,在社会层面应致力于满足“人们日益增长的美好生活需要”,在国家层面应谋求服务“国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”,在国际层面应确立助力“构建人类命运共同体”价值理念和发展方向。体育新道路应在“一二三四五六”的框架下,通过对体育各领域现代性要素资源的挖掘、整合,理清体系脉络、明确主责主线,绘制中国式现代化体育新道路的发展蓝图与施力方向:“一”是确立全面建成社会主义现代化体育强国总目标;“二”是实现体育“高质量发展”和“高效能治理”;“三”是推进宏观、中观、微观三大层面协同;“四”是实现国际体育发展先发经验、中国体育发展自主经验、中华优秀传统体育积淀、其他国家典型体育资源四类现代性体育资源的整体挖掘适配;“五”是统筹体育主体领域的全面、协调、合力发展;“六”是提升体育现代化发展过程的六大支撑。“Promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-round way with the Chinese path to modernization”provides a roadmap for building China into a powerful socialist modernization country in an all-round way.The new path to sports modernization is also a Chinese plan to build a sporting nation,which means undertaking great tasks,emphasizing coordinated development,and taking initiatives.The new path to sports modernization should pursue the value of laying the physical and mental health and pursue happiness for the people at the individual level,the value of meeting the people’s growing needs for a better life at the social level,and the value of“the new development paradigm featuring dual circulation,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay”at the national level.At the international level,efforts are made to build a community with a shared future for mankind.Under the six frameworks,the new path to sports modernization should clarify the context,the major line of responsibility,and draw the development blueprint and direction through the excavation,integration,mutual construction,and upgrading of the resources of modern elements in various fields of sports:Firstly,the overall goal is to build China into a sporting nation.Secondly,the objective is to realize the high-quality development of sports and efficient governance.Thirdly,the macro,meso and micro level development should be coordinated.Fourthly,the experience of international sports development should be drawn,the experience of the Chinese sports development should be built on the basis of the elite traditional Chinese sports and sports of the other countries.Fifthly,the overall development of sports for all,competitive sports,sports industry,sports culture and sports diplomacy.Finally,the systematic guarantee of the national autonomy,people’s subjectivity,process democracy,governance modernity,innovation drive and rule of law are to be promoted.
