后冬奥时代我国“轮转冰”训练的科学内涵、主要特征与实践路径

摘　　要：实施“轮转冰”训练,助力中国冰雪运动新发展格局形成,是后冬奥时代体育强国梦的重要实现路径。运用文献资料、归纳演绎、访谈等研究方法,对“轮转冰”训练的科学内涵、主要特征与实践路径进行深入分析。研究认为:“轮转冰”训练是以培养速度滑冰后备人才和推动速度滑冰竞技综合实力向更高水平迈进为目标,通过科学设计训练阶段和训练内容,采用先进训练理念、手段和方法,最终使速度轮滑运动员转项成为在速度滑冰专项上具备较强竞技实力和较高竞技水平的训练过程。研究得出:同类项群、近项迁移,跨项选材与转项训练,把握转项训练时机,以及坚持发展速度轮滑运动员竞技能力是“轮转冰”训练的4大特征。最后提出:今后“轮转冰”训练应确立以速度轮滑教练为核心的教练员团队,坚持转项训练常态化,坚持科技引领,拓宽“轮转冰”退役运动员多元化发展路径等思路来展开。Implementing“emphasis on skating training to speed skating training”helps form a new develpment pattern of ice and snow sports in China.It is an important path to achieve the dream of becoming a sporting nation in the Post-Winter Olympics Era.Through literature review,induction,deduction,and interviews,this paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the scientific connotation,main characteristics,and practical path of the training.This change aimed at cultivating the reserve talents of speed skating and promoting speed skating competitive strength to a higher level for grabbing the goal medals through scientific design of training stages and training contents,advanced training concepts and methods so as to help the speed roller skaters with strong competitive strength and higher competitive level.It was concluded that event group and near event transfer,talent selection and cross-event training,timing of cross-event training,and persisting in developing the competitive ability of speed roller skaters.In the future,the ice skating training should be developed through a team of coaches with speed skating coaches as the core,adhering to the normalization of rotating training,adhering to the guidance of science and technology,and broadening the diversified development path of the retired athletes.
