摘  要:在分析现有切削力模型的基础上,提出建立同时包含材料断裂常数、刀具几何参数和工艺参数的切削力模型。在AdvantEdge软件中模拟Ti6Al4V合金正交切削过程,使用SPSS拟合得到包含前角、切削速度、切削深度和进给量的切削力指数预测模型。经分析刀具前端裂纹塑性区的Irwin模型认为,塑性区长度和屈服强度平方的比值是切削力的综合反映,与拟合的切削力指数模型常数相比较可知,两者近似相等,从而构建了包含断裂韧性、刀具几何参数和工艺参数的切削力指数模型。通过切削实验对切削力模型进行检验可知,实验结果和预测结果的误差控制在5.6%以内,较好地拟合了切削过程的切削力。通过引入裂纹前端Irwin塑性区模型,将断裂韧性引入到切削力指数模型常数中能简便准确地预测切削力,说明切削过程中不仅要考虑塑性变形的影响,还要考虑断裂现象,才能更全面地解释切削过程。Based on the analysis of current cutting force models,a cutting force model which includes material fracture constant,tool geometric parameters and process parameters is proposed.The orthogonal cutting process of Ti6Al4V alloy is simulated by Advantedge software,and the cutting force index prediction model including rake angle,cutting speed,cutting depth and feed is obtained by SPSS fitting.By analyzing the tool front Irwin model of plastic zone of crack.It is considered that the ratio of plastic zone length to yield strength square is the comprehensive reflection of cutting force,and compared with constant of fitted cutting force index model,these two value are approximately equal,thus building index model of the process parameters contains fracture toughness,cutting tool geometry parameter and cutting force.The cutting force model is tested by cutting experiments.The cutting force index model,which includes fracture toughness,tool parameters and process parameters,is established.The error between the experimental results and the predicted results of cutting force is controlled within 5.6%,and the cutting force in the cutting process is well fitted.By introducing the IRWIN plastic zone model at the crack front,the fracture toughness is introduced into the cutting force exponential model constant,which could easily and accurately predict the cutting force,indicating that not only the influence of plastic deformation but also the fracture phenomenon should be considered in the cutting process,so as to fully explain the cutting process.
