摘 要:刀具钝化是改善刀具刃口微观缺陷、提高刀具切削性能和延长刀具使用寿命最简单高效的方法之一。其中,磁力钝化的钝化效率高,适用性广,但目前相关研究较少。本文通过对EDEM离散元软件进行二次开发,实现磁场中磨粒的磁场力计算,基于二次开发的EDEM软件对磁力钝化过程进行仿真,探究磨粒粒度、磨粒磁化率和磁盘间距对磁力钝化的影响。仿真发现,钝化压力随着磨粒粒度的增大而减小,且磨粒粒度为50目时刀具钝化较均匀;钝化压力随着磨粒磁化率的增大而增大,磨粒磁化率为0.1时钝化更均匀且钝化量更大;钝化压力随着磁盘间距的增大而减小,磁盘间距为25mm时刀具钝化量较小但钝化均匀。Tool preparation is one of the most simple and efficient methods to ameliorate micro defects of tool edge,improve cutting performance and prolong the tool life.Magnetic preparation is one of the tool preparation methods with high preparation efficiency and wide applicability,but it is less studied.The discrete element EDEM software is developed to realize the magnetic field force calculation of the grinding particles in the magnetic field.Magnetic preparation is simulated based on the secondary developed EDEM to explore the influence of abrasive size,abrasive susceptibility and disk spacing on magnetic preparation.The simulation shows that the preparation pressure decreases with the increase of abrasive size,and preparation is more uniform when abrasive size is 50 mesh.Preparation pressure increases with the increase of abrasive susceptibility,and preparation is more uniform and preparation amount is greater when abrasive susceptibility is 0.1.Preparation pressure decreases with the increase of disk spacing,and when disk spacing is 25mm,preparation is small but uniform.
