摘  要:为了降低航空发动机叶片粗铣时加工变形量,提高其加工效率,采用正交组合设计进行工艺参数分组,基于Deform平台完成叶片铣削加工模拟仿真,获取铣削力并找到工艺参数与叶片变形量之间变化规律。应用多元二次回归方法建立叶片变形量与工艺参数的相关性数字模型,对模型进行方差分析,检验与试验值的拟合度,并利用PSO算法求解最优工艺参数。结果表明:在其他条件保持不变情况下,通过PSO算法可获得加工变形量小和加工效率高的最优工艺参数。To reduce the machining deformation during rough milling of aero-engine blades and improve the machining efficiency,the orthogonal combination design process parameter set is used,and the simulation of blade milling is completed based on the Deform platform,and the variation law of milling force with cutting parameters is obtained.The multivariate quadratic regression method is used to establish a numerical model of the correlation between milling force and process parameters,and the model is subjected to variance analysis and test the fit of the experimental values,the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the optimal process parameters.The results show that when other conditions remain unchanged,the optimal process parameters(not exceeding the blade profile tolerance of 1±0.2)are obtained by the particle swarm algorithm,which can ensure the processing quality and improve the processing efficiency.
