摘  要:基于基片集成空腔波导(ESIW)结构设计并研制了一款低成本、宽带、高增益的背腔缝隙阵列天线。天线工作在K波段,由5层低成本FR4介质板组成,通过激励谐振腔中的TM_(130)与TM_(310)模式以及TM_(320)模式来拓展天线带宽。测试结果表明,该天线的子阵和阵列的反射系数小于-10 dB的工作带宽分别为27.6%和23.7%,带内最大增益为27.1 dBi,与仿真结果比较吻合。与传统背腔缝隙天线相比,该天线具有频带宽、辐射性能良好、加工成本低等特点。Based on the structure of empty substrate integrated waveguide(ESIW),a low⁃cost,broadband,high gain cavity backed slot array antenna was designed and developed.The array antenna operated in K⁃band and consisted of five layers of low⁃cost FR4 dielectric substrate.The antenna band⁃width was expanded by exciting TM_(130),TM_(310) and TM_(320) modes in the resonator.The measurement re⁃sults show that the working bandwidth of the subarray and its array with reflection coefficient less than-10 dB are 27.6%and 23.7%,respectively,and the maximum gain in the band is 27.1 dBi.The measurement results are in good agreement with the simulation results.Compared with the traditional cavity backed slot antenna,this antenna has the characteristics of wide bandwidth,good radiation per⁃formance and low processing cost.
